We are so happy we have found this treasure for our 5th grade students.

Ellen Austin is one of our 5th grade teachers and she is a real jewel.  She

has come to us from White Pine Elementary.  She taught 5th grade for several years and 6th grade for seven years. She has now worked at Acequia for 1 year and we look forward to having her for many more years to come. 

Ellen: My favorite thing about my work is to make the same kind of difference in a child's life that my favorite teacher made in my life.  I love horses, water skiing, reading, and traveling. It is wonderful teaching at Acequia Elementary.
